Cruiser and Touring- Fixing Voltmeter Power-Off Issues

Issue Overview

If the voltmeter on your Emove Cruiser or Touring does not power off when the ignition key is turned to the left and removed, the issue may be related to water damage, wiring faults, or a defective voltmeter unit.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check for Water Damage

    • Open the scooter deck and inspect for signs of moisture or corrosion around the voltmeter wiring.

    • If water is present, dry the area thoroughly before proceeding.

  2. Inspect for Physical Damage

    • Look for cracks, loose wires, or other physical damage to the voltmeter or its connections.

  3. Replacement if Needed

    • If no visible damage is found but the voltmeter still does not power off, the unit will likely need replacement.
