Dealing with a Cracked Display or NFC Reader Issues

If your electric bike’s display is cracked or the NFC reader is not functioning properly, here’s how to address the issue efficiently.


Step 1: Request a Warranty Replacement

  • File a warranty claim for the damaged display.

  • Make sure to send the details and pictures of the issue to support@voromotors.com

     


Step 2: Troubleshoot the NFC Reader

  1. Use a Backup NFC Card: If your primary card fails, test with a backup card.

  2. Clean the NFC Sensor Area: Dirt or debris can interfere with card detection.

  3. Check Card Orientation: Ensure the card is held correctly over the sensor for proper reading.
