If your Eride Pro bike is not powering on, follow these simple steps to identify and resolve the issue.

1. Check the Battery

  • Question: Is the battery charged?

    • No: Charge the battery fully before attempting to power on the bike.

    • Yes: Proceed to the next step.

2. Inspect the Fuse

  • Question: Is the fuse switched to the on position?

    • No: Flip the fuse to the correct position.

    • Yes: If the fuse is correctly positioned and the bike still doesn’t turn on, contact Customer Support for further diagnosis.
