JDM Washer Installation Guide for Scooter Deck Covers

Installation Steps

1. Remove Old Screws

   • Unscrew all M6 screws securing the deck cover.

2. Prepare Washers

   • Place the decorative washers inside the new screws included in the package.

   • Align the countersink of the washer with the flathead of the screw.

3. Install Screw & Washer Combo

   • Replace the old screws with the new longer screws and washers.

   • Tighten securely to ensure the deck cover is held firmly in place.

Once installed, the deck cover will have a clean, upgraded appearance thanks to the decorative JDM washers.
