Managing Part Orders Without an ETA (Warranty Pipeline & Customer Updates)
When creating a ticket for a part order that does not have an ETA, keep the following in mind:
-
Ticket Assignment
-
The ticket does not need to be assigned to Saqib.
-
The important step is to add it to the Warranty Pipeline and set the status to: 👉 “Awaiting Parts (Factory)”
-
-
Customer Follow-Up
-
If a customer later says they haven’t received any updates, check the ticket status first.
-
Look for the notification on the thread—this shows that the ticket has moved to the “Waiting to be Shipped” category.
- The notification also shows the timestamp of when the automated email was sent to the customer.

Email Timestamp
